BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Museum Speelklok is a ten-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station. From the station, you can also take city bus 2 towards Museumkwartier and get off at the Domplein stop. From here, it is a four-minute walk to the museum.

BY CAR OR CARRIAGE
From the Springweg and Hoog Catharijne parking garages (advance reservations available), you can walk to the museum in ten minutes. Tip: Walk along Donkerstraat, and you'll pass Robin Wood's shop window! Want to avoid the crowds in the city center? Then use P+R Utrecht. With a day pass, you can park at one of the P+R locations and travel to the city center by public transport. Or reserve your parking space in Utrecht city center in advance. onlineAn evening ticket is available from 12 euros.

BY BIKE, FLUTTER OR ON FOOT
Park your bike near the museum in the free covered bike shed on the Zadelstraat. And walk or flutter via the Donkerstraat past the window of Robin Wood to the Museum! It is also possible to park your bike behind the museum on the Buurkerkhof.

ON HORSE
Yes, you read that right! We have heard that some guests are even planning to come on horseback! That is possible, but please do not bring your horse inside!! You think 'Well, we certainly don't do that'. Make no mistake, this church has seen it all. It was even a stable during the French occupation! There is still a traffic sign inside requesting that cattle not be driven through the church during mass. (The route to the Cattle Market on the adjacent square ran right through it for a while)

BY HELICOPTER.
You can land at Domplein. From there, it's about a 5-minute walk. (Just be sure to contact the municipality yourself :))

SOUNDTRACK FROM THE DOM
|
There's something else exciting: Malgosia Fiebig, Utrecht's city carillonneur, will be paying tribute to "The Gold of the Sun" during her weekly performance from the Dom Tower on Friday. She'll be playing the soundtrack on the carillon! So if you're in Utrecht on Friday, you can hear it sometime between 16 and 17 PM. Malgosia won't be present in person at the premiere, but she will be in the film...!

DRESS SUGGESTION
|
Don't forget our "Ode to the Trees, the Birds, and the Sun" dress code. No worries: If your wardrobe lacks sunny, green hues, the "color code" has a wide range of interpretations and can be honored with a subtle hint. Rob himself hates dress codes and has now fallen victim to his own invention, but he can still smile about it...!

LITTLE SHOP
|
The painting that Rob made for the poster is now also finished, you can even buy a poster of it this evening, and also the film music has already been released on cd! For both you need cash or scan the Tikkie QR code that is there. Robin Wood's shop in Donkerstraat is unfortunately closed on Saturdays Because of all the preparations. On the evening itself, we'll set up a table with all sorts of boxes, which will also be available for purchase. You can also find Rob's boxes in the Museum Shop. You can pay cash or by card in the shop and at the booth.

WOOD MARKET
|
If you like wood, which we suspect you do, then a nice tip is the Timber market in the yard of the De Ster sawmill on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 17 p.m., Molenpark 3With numerous stalls from woodworkers, demonstrations, and tours. The sawmill is still in use. And of course, Museum Speelklok open to visitors until 17 p.m. If you'd like to explore the entire collection at your leisure, they offer enjoyable tours and will play all sorts of instruments. The collection can also be visited in the evenings, of course, but you'll run out of time!
